Large, comfortable villa Corona, 2 storeys, built in 2004. In the district of Monte Corona, Beniarbeig, 15 km from the centre of Dénia, on top of a hill, 7 km from the sea. Private: property 900 m2 (fenced), wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (10 x 4 m, depth 90 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue, parking at the house. Shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, café 1 km, bus stop 1.2 km, railway station 1.4 km, ferry 1.5 km, sandy beach 7 km. le seul bémol était la proximité de l'autoroute.............................................................
Séjour formidable dans un cadre calme retiré de la route, convient à merveille pour des enfants toute la propriété est fermée, un accès à une piscine privée génial pour des petits sous surveillance bien sur! Petit bémol l'entretien de la piscine est confié à une firme extérieur mais dont Interhome n'est nullement responsable, en effet cette société vient à n'importe quelle heure de la journée pénétrant sans sonner, hélas en cas de problème, les piscinistes mettent plusieurs jours à apporter une solution au problème... C'est le seul reproche a faire, je vous conseille cette société sérieuse, dévouée à votre service, pour des vacances de rêves penser à INTERHOME, merci encore pour ces 15 jours de vacances passés et qui nous ont donné pleine satisfactions, nous avons déjà reloué une autre maison chez Interhome pour nos vacances 2015 destination la Costa Del Sol
La casa nos encantó: sus detalles, su distribución, la piscina, que se pudiera acceder al porche y jardín desde el salón, la vista a la montaña y al mar a lo lejos...
La única pega es que habíamos pagado una trona, ya que íbamos con un bebé, y al llegar a la casa vimos que no estaba completa (le faltaba la bandeja). Llamamos a Interhome para decirlo y en vez de traernos una nueva que estuviera completa, nos hicieron ir a por ella a la oficina de Interhome de Denia, con el trastorno que eso nos supuso. Por lo demás, todo muy bien y la casa merece la pena.
